Mr. Srinivas Khedam
8th Grade Teacher
My name is Srinivas Khedam. I am the 8th grade home room teacher. I teach Math and Science to the 7th and 8th grade students,
and also teach Writing and Social Studies to the 8th grade students.
I have been a teacher for over 20 years. I taught in India, New Zealand and for the last 8 years in the USA.
I have been teaching in Catholic schools for over 13 years. It has been a great experience to teach in Catholic schools.
This is my 6 th year at St. Edward School.
Students at St. Edward School are respectful and serious about their education.
I want my students to relate their learning to real life situations.
I expect my students to be responsible for their learning, organize their work, to develop good work attitude,to be creative and become critical thinkers. I plan learning activities in a way that students are able to develop all these skills.
I believe in life long learning. Continuous learning equips me with latest information on various topics related to teaching. So, in one way I am a teacher and also a student.
