Academic Programs:
The basic curriculum is within state and Archdiocesan requirements
and provides appropriate development of the students' spiritual,
moral, social, physical, emotional and intellectual growth.
St. Edward Parish School provides an interdisciplinary literacy
based curriculum. Our program includes the following subjects:
religion and family life, language arts (Success in Reading and
Writing), mathematics, social studies, science, music art, physical
education, library skills, computer and leadership education.
Student performance is assessed through portfolio record-keeping,
student-centered assessment methods, and standardized test scores.
We use the MAP test for formative assessment once each trimester.
Extra curricular opportunities include student leadership, speech,
quilting, music, drama, community service, computer use and CYO
sports.
Curricular objectives, under the guidelines of the Archdiocesan
